The Old Manse is also within walking distance of Northumberland's beautiful unspoilt beaches miles of dramatic scenery and golden sands on our doorstep. Slightly further afield it is a short drive to many spectacular castles such as Bamburgh and Alnwick with its impressive gardens and fountains. We are also close to Holy Island (Lindisfarne) the Northumberland National Park and the Cheviot Hills. Nature lovers walkers cyclists golfers and sea sport enthusiasts all enjoy this area and there is no shortage of nearby attractions to suit all ages and tastes.
